What steps should be taken if my product is delivered damaged?

Examining the Package: Ensure you thoroughly inspect the package of your item(s) as soon as it arrives. It's essential to document any noticeable damage, including that on the box itself, at the time of delivery receipt signing.

Suspected Damage: In cases where immediate package opening isn’t feasible during delivery, yet there's suspicion of possible damage, it's advisable to note “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
